Public exploration does not require an account. If you sign in, we may process your name and verified email. Personalised journeys may include audience preferences and social profile links you choose to provide. Expert-booking flows may request a phone number.
Guided conversations
Signed-in conversation history may be retained for up to 30 days and may be deleted by the user. Do not share passwords, financial information, health information or other highly sensitive personal data in the guide.
How information is used
Information is used to provide personalisation, saved progress, requested action plans, quality review and non-commercial service analysis. User-submitted material and generated plans remain owned by the user; youEx Consulting Services owns the site’s educational content.
Human review
Conversations and submitted feedback may be reviewed by authorised site administrators for quality, safety and service improvement.
Cookies and analytics
Essential storage remembers theme, cookie choice and audience preference. With optional analytics consent, we record page and feature interactions, resource downloads, exported cards, learning-path downloads and YouTube redirects. We retain coarse city and country for up to 12 months, do not store raw IP addresses, and use this information only for aggregate product understanding and operational traceability.
Your choices
You may browse anonymously, decline optional analytics, delete saved conversations, or request access and deletion. Declining analytics does not prevent access to public learning content or downloads.
This policy is an implementation draft and should be reviewed by qualified Indian legal counsel before collecting production user data.
