Getting started
What can I do without signing in?
You can explore audience lenses, browse and search the complete library, follow curiosity topics, watch videos, open lesson plans, use the guided brand companion and download public guidance templates.
Where should I begin if I am not sure what I need?
Start with Follow your curiosity on the homepage or open Ask the Guide. Both routes help you move from a broad question to a useful topic, lesson or next action.
Do I need to follow the website in a fixed order?
No. The experience is designed for self-directed exploration. You can begin with a topic, an audience lens, a video, a resource or a specific question and return by a different route later.
Which audience lens should I choose?
Choose the lens closest to your current context: freshers and young professionals, senior professionals, entrepreneurs or introverts and quiet professionals. Choose All when you want ideas across every audience.
Library, videos and search
How do library searches work?
The search first checks whether your request belongs to the personal-brand themes covered by the library, then ranks the most contextually relevant lessons. It does not rely on a single matching word.
What happens when the library cannot answer my query?
If the query is relevant but no suitable lesson exists, the site suggests a personalised journey. If the query needs judgement beyond DIY guidance, it offers a complimentary expert conversation.
Can I browse videos by topic instead of audience?
Yes. Curiosity tags and topical search can bring together relevant lessons from several audience groups. Mixed results remain colour-coded by audience.
How often is the video library refreshed?
The library checks the curated YouTube sources each night. An administrator can also run a manual refresh without cancelling the scheduled nightly check.
Why does a video open through YouTube?
YouTube hosts the published video and playback. The site provides the contextual blurb, topic relationships and lesson plan around it.
Lessons and personalised journeys
What is included in an Open Lesson plan?
Each lesson turns the video takeaway into a short practice: notice the useful idea, apply it through a focused exercise, check the output and choose a next move.
What changes after I sign in?
You can save an audience profile, define a focused learning path, retain lesson completion, see consolidated progress and download a personalised action plan.
Can I change my audience later?
Yes, through Edit profile details. Because the learning path is audience-specific, the site asks for confirmation before resetting the existing path and completion history.
How is journey progress calculated?
Progress combines completed lessons across every learning focus in your selected audience rather than showing only the currently open path.
Does marking a lesson complete publish anything?
No. Completion is private. The optional completion card can be downloaded or shared only when you choose to do so.
Resources and downloads
What guidance templates are available?
The resources page includes practical templates for profile clarity, proof of work, experience-led content, leadership stories, trust building and focused brand reviews.
Can I download an action plan?
Yes. Public guide outcomes can become a branded action plan, and signed-in learners can download a plan containing their chosen focus, outcome, progress and lesson checklist.
Can I share a learning nugget or completion?
Selected homepage nuggets can be exported as branded images. Signed-in learners can also create a completion card after finishing a lesson and share it from supported mobile devices.
Do downloads contain my private profile links?
No. Generated learning materials use the context needed for the plan and do not automatically place optional social-profile links into the document.
The guide and expert support
Is Ask the Guide a free-flowing AI chatbot?
No. It is a guided conversation designed around the approved knowledge base. It asks a short sequence of questions, suggests an outcome and can connect the result to relevant published videos.
When should I speak to an expert?
Choose expert support when the question involves nuanced positioning, sensitive career or business context, competing priorities or a decision that general information cannot responsibly settle.
Is the first expert conversation complimentary?
Yes. The site offers a 30-minute complimentary conversation through the connected youEx Cal.com calendar.
What is shared when I book from my saved journey?
The booking flow shows the journey context it plans to share—such as audience, focus, desired outcome and your additional question—so you can review and edit it before choosing a time.
Privacy, access and feedback
Can I explore anonymously?
Yes. Public pages and learning content do not require an account. Optional analytics activate only after consent.
What information is required for a saved journey?
A name, verified account email and audience category are required. LinkedIn and Instagram profile links are optional.
How can I suggest an improvement or report a problem?
Use the feedback button on the About page. After a short human check, your email app opens with the message prepared for info@youex.in; you decide whether to send it.
Is personal branding only for people who post every day?
No. A credible brand can grow through clear positioning, useful work, thoughtful conversations, visible proof and a sustainable sharing rhythm.
Can introverts build a strong personal brand here?
Absolutely. The quiet-professional lens emphasises depth, clarity, selective sharing, written thinking and consistent proof rather than constant performance.
